Derek Ramsay and Angelica Panganiban Break-up Announced (Now, it's official!)

This news, as reported by Yahoo! OMG, was confirmed by Derek Ramsay himself.

“We are in a cool-off stage. We’re giving each other space.” Derek admitted.

But the Kapatid star who also revealed that he and the Kapamilya actress haven’t talked to each other for almost a month, also expressed his intention to sit down and talk with his now ex-girlfriend to sort out their problems if his busy schedule permits.

“If things go well, okay. But if not, she will always be my friend.”

Derek and Angelica's break-up came after the news linking Angelica to John Lloyd Cruz surfaced. But Derek denied that there is a third party involved in their separation.

“She’s not the type to fool around.” Derek said.

Was Derek's decision to transfer to TV5 causes their misunderstanding that lead to a more bigger problem? It will be remembered that although Angelica said she will support Derek on his decision to transfer, she also admitted that she was not informed when the actor-host decided to leave the Kapamilya network.

Angelica said:

"Nagulat siyempre. Nung nakapag-decide kasi siya, nasa Vietnam ako.

Pero as long as hindi na kailangan ang opinyon ko, hindi ko naman ibinibigay. Desisyon niya yun.

“Kung doon siya magiging happy, dun ko siya susuportahan, kami ng family niya."
