FAMAS AWARDS 2012: Anne Curtis bested Angel Locsin for Best Actress

The winners for this year’s Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) Awards was revealed on Tuesday night, September 25, at the Manila Hotel.

Anne Curtis bested Angel Locsin for Best Actress while Jeorge Estregan won Best Actor.

The MMFF film “Manila Kingpin: The Asiong Salonga Story” was chosen Best Picture.

The winners for this year 2011 FAMAS (Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences) Awards are revealed  at the National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) Auditorium in Intramuros, Manila.

Big winner ang pelikulang 'Ang Tanging Ina Mo' na nakakuha ng 'Best Picture' at ang 'Best Actress' naman para kay Ai-Ai delas Alas at 'Best Child Star' si Xyriel Manabat na kasama sa pelikula.

Humakot rin ng awards ang 'Miss You Like Crazy','Sigwa' at ang mga 2010 MMFF Entries na 'Rosario' at 'Si Agimat at Si Enteng'.
