MANILA, Philippines -- Actor Raymart Santiago believes that there's no reason for his wife, actress Claudine Barretto, to issue a public apology to Cebu Pacific ground crew Kristina Anne Ilagan.
In an interview with "Umagang Kay Ganda" on Monday, Santiago said he and his wife are sorry for the incident that happened at Ninoy Aquino International Terminal 3 last May 6 but they won't say sorry for allegedly cursing Ilagan because it never happened.
Santiago said that in a written report, Ilagan denied that Barretto verbally abused her.
Santiago also denied that his wife belittled the airline employee.
On Sunday, Ilagan's mother, Rosario, asked Barretto to issue a public apology.
