33rd Catholic Mass Media Awards (CMMA) Winners Announced

The 33rd Catholic Mass Media Awards was held last night and the winners have been revealed. The CMMA is acknowledged as one of the most trusted award-giving organizations in the Philippines. Made up of bishops, the CMMA committee bestows its annual recognition in the field of television, film, radio, music and advertising based on human and divine standards.

"TV Patrol" and "Rated K" was elevated to CMMA Hall of Famer, giving way to "24 Oras" and SONA with Jessica Soho to win in the TV news program category. 

In total, ABS-CBN/DZMM/WRR/Star Cinema/Studio 23/Star Records got 15 awards and 4 Hall of Famer Trophies. GMA-7/DZBB/GMA News TV got 14 awards. TV5 got 2 awards.
